Prof. Yinglei Song | Professor in School of Electronics and Information Science, Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, China Short Biography: Yinglei Song received his Ph.D. in computer science from the University of Georgia, USA in 2006. From year 2007 to 2012, he worked as an assistant professor of computer science at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, USA. Currently he is working as a professor of information and computer science at the Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, China. He has published more than 80 papers in peer reviewed international journals and conferences. He was selected as one of the Specially Appointed Professors of Jiangsu Province in 2015. He is currently serving in the editorial boards of a number of well known international research journals.  Prof. Xiaoru Song | Professor in School of Electronic Information Engineering, Xi’an Technological University, China Short Biography: Prof. Song Xiaoru received the B.E. degree from Henan University, China, in July 2003, and M.E. degree from Xi’an University of Science & Technology in March 2006, and the Ph.D. degree from Northwestern Polytechnical University in July 2014, respectively, all in Control Science and Control Engineering. She studied at the Engineering School of Texas. Her research topics mainly focus on Pattern recognition and intelligent system, Multi-sensor information fusion, Unmanned system navigation and control, Target detection and target recognition, and so on. In recent years, she has hosted and participated in a number of national key research and development projects, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Defense Key Fund, and Shaanxi Province Key Research and Development Projects, etc. And she published more than 50 academic EI/SCI papers (SCI cited more than 60 times), including SCI journals More than a dozen papers (about 40 SCI citations). At the same time serving as a guest editor, reviewing experts for many international SCI and EI journals and Chinese core journals. More than 30 authorized invention patents have been accepted. At the same time, she won 1 third prize of Shaanxi Science and Technology Award and 2 Shaanxi Provincial Higher Education Science and Technology Award.

Prof. Lu Leng | Professor, School of Software, Nanchang Hangkong University, China Short Biography: LU LENG received his Ph.D degree from Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, P. R. China, in 2012. He performed his postdoctoral research at Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea, and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, P. R. China. He was a visiting scholar at West Virginia University, USA, and Yonsei University, South Korea. Currently, he is a full professor, the director of Institute of Computer Vision, and the office director of Key Laboratory of Jiangxi Province for Image Processing and Pattern Recognition at Nanchang Hangkong University. Prof. Leng has published more than 100 international journal and conference papers, including about 70 SCI papers and three highly cited papers. He has been granted several scholarships and funding projects, including five projects supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). He serves as a reviewer of more than 100 international journals and conferences. His research interests include computer vision, biometric template protection and biometric recognition. Prof. Leng is an outstanding representative of "Innovation Talent" of Jiangxi Enterprise in "Science and Technology China", received "Jiangxi Youth May Fourth Medal", "Jiangxi Hundred-Thousand-Ten-thousand Talent Project", "Jiangxi Voyage Project", etc.

Short Biography: Dr. T. Velmurugan is working as an Associate Professor in the PG and Research Department of Computer Science and Applications, Dwaraka Doss Goverdhan Doss Vaishnav College (Affiliated to University of Madras), Chennai-600106, India. Also, he is the Advisor and Head, Department of Computer Applications (BCA). He holds a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras. He has 29 years of teaching experience. He guided more than 300 M.Phil., and 18 Ph.D., Research Scholars. He has published more than 120 articles in SCOPUS and SCI indexed journals. He elected and served as a Senate Member from Academic Council, University of Madras. He has a lot of administrative experiences. He served as advisory board member to many academic institutions in and around Tamil Nadu, India. He was an invited speaker and keynote speaker for many international conferences around the world. He served as a nominated Senate Member in the Middle East University, Dubai, UAE for a period of three years. He is a member in Board of studies for many autonomous institutions and Universities. Also, he organized international Conferences and workshops. In addition, he was a resource person for various national workshops entitled "Scientific Research Article Writing and Journal Publications" and many of the recent topics in Computer Science. He is an Editorial Board Member of 7 International Journals.
